adulting is overrated.

 So kayla has her nose to the proverbial grindstone, she is taking quite a few classes this summer trying to catch up etc. Fiona has a great job, so she hasn't been around too much (plus uh...girlfriend. hehe, more on that at another time) Everyone else is good and getting ready for the next phase though we're determined to stay together. Kylie, the publisher and owner of Candy Apple Press has friends that goes back to childhood...so I think at least we can keep our college friends. So, Mia blah blah blah what have YOUUUU been doing? What's up with Trini. Trini is delicious. as for me?? Yes, in a high rise, yes in a new place. Yes...working (NOT INTERNING) but working for Infosys. 1. their starting pay was goooood 2. they will pay about 50% of grad school 3. they are top 3 for web app dev. This is my office, my desk etc. yep. movin on up.... but...I can work from home too. So....life is good, but adulting is overrated. Never fear! I've got a great schedule. Infosys lets...

The 4th of July Blowout Bash

 yeah so, I think most of us are still recovering. I was thinking...even though I won't be a DuPont, this whole 4th bash has become a thing, so wherever I am, it's probably going to happen. But, a great time was had by all. I must say, kayla is being quite diligent with her studies, though she made it (yes, with Xochitl!) I need to check in and see how that's progressing. The whole gang was there. Fiona was looking lovely as well... I brought 4 boozed watermelons, but SOMEONE brought extra, I saw a total of 20 watermelons...so yeah, we are ALL recovering. like everyone has their own! lol anyhow, life is beginning to move on...(there's life after DuPont) but, as I said, for now I'm staying with Becs and Paige...but...Trini has made the invite to stay with him...stay tuned. for now, I'm staying put. By the time it was time for fireworks, between people on Mom's patio and those in the grass we hit over 100 people (biggest yet) were you there?? let me know or ta...

yeah yeah...I'm back.

 Hawaii was WONDERFUL...great food, beautiful sunny days...did some surfing...enjoyed reconnecting with Trini... ok ok don't get TOO excited, but Trini and I talked, obviously a lot...and he was upset that we drifted...he knows I believed in playing the field in college, but since I'd officially graduated, he asked if...at least for the summer, if we could be exclusive...so...I agreed.  An exclusive summer fling??yeah first for everything...even me... Anyhow, that's what's news here...what's everyone up to?? Mom's had a breakfast brunch, I was late...but you know they hooked your girl up...I'm baaaaaaackkkk....(Yes, I still work at the science museum, but I want to find something else..)

 I swear I was made for this... hehe and yes, he really came...(who'd have thought ordering Door Dash could be a life changer) Trini is here too... I'll be back soon...but, needless to say I'm not vlogging blogging or jogging while here. I'm gonna soak up the sun, lots of drinks and celebrate!!! (oh yeah, and enjoy trini hehehe)

GRADUATION

 LOOK MA I DID IT! Yep! lil' ol me, Mia...Summa Cum Laude...did you expect anything less?? Becs & Paige graduated too...Mercedes still has another year and a half...Fiona changed majors, so has about 1.5-2...Kayla has REALLLLY bucked down, it's looking like she'll winter graduate (she's taking summer classes!) Paige is going to stay here at DuPont for her Masters, Becs isn't going any further as she's been offered an apprenticeship in Marketing. They are staying in the apartment.... For now Kayla and Fiona are staying put...(I wonder how she and Xochitl are doing hmmmm) she's been so into her studies catching up...I wonder... enough about her... it's about MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I did it! My folks are sending me to Hawaii for my graduation present...and guess who else is going....TRINI!!! heehehehehe summer romance off to a good start for meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! ALOHA BITCHES!

SO - Went to see what my options are for housing and caught them at move out

 my gawd NOTRE DAME IS HUUUUUUGE. there were people everywhere. Goodness knows I don't want to go back to dorm life in my graduate studies, and I can't say I'm super stoked about living in Indiana in general. (It's a little red for my blood) wait...red....blood...probably a funny there, but I digress. FOR NOW....the plan is to stay in the apartment with Becs and Paige, BUT...it's an hour and a half on a good day...so....we will see...I don't have to decide decide until september...but geez, I really hate moving! But, I took a look around campus, the town etc... time will tell I guess. BUT WAIT...remember Trini?? (hunky door dash driver?) YES THAT TRINI but Mia, didn't you date him like sophomore year? yeah...I'd forgotten him... so...guess who decided to go BACK to work on HIS graduate degree!!! AND IS IN NOTRE DAME! TRINI!!! He lives in a great apartment off campus, and yes he is still working as a delivery driver, but it's supporting his apartment ...
