why so sad?

 so I went out and about and did some more shopping, picked up some gear I'm going to need for school (and, if I'm going to Notre Dame, I may move?) I am not sure what I want to do on that. I like my apartment with Becs and Paige...I really don't feel like I want to move, not right now anyways...Notre Dame is about 1.5 hours away...so I guess I wouldn't have to move...but that would be a commute.




why so sad? because break is ending next week. booooo

oh man! This semester is a killer but one bright spot!!

 So a couple of things..... 1. who is going to be kayla's valentine?? fiona will be with jill...but who will be kayla's sweetie for the day? 2. Me? I'm doing galentines day. forget all that nonsense! I'm going to the spa for the day! That said, this semester is setting up to be a killer...BUT at least we have kayla looking for more appropriate work (she's going to be an *snicker* intern) Maybe we should get her a blue dress!!! now on a fun school note, I'm taking astronomy...and there's a great app called Stellarium that I recommend to anyone that skywatches...aim your phone at the sky and it tells you what is over head/on the horizon so you can see with your phone, then look naked-eye for the constellation etc... Stellarium Astronomy Software  is where you can find it!!

the blonde summer doll...(poll and more)

 so first off... poll:  for summer should kayla be: blonde? brunette? Red? Black? something "different"?  let us know! As you probably saw on kayla's blog  we have another story out with Candy Apple Press  Most everyone contributed, and as usual kayla thinks denial is a solid defense. (she still picks the strangest battles) but it was the adventures of summer in our new apartments...some behind the scenes stories we didn't put here...so enjoy! the interesting twist. kayla has eyes for someone.

 so don't go feeling too bad for kayla (not that anyone does lol) I went with Trini as ya'll know...Dave went with Jill. Paige went with this new interest of hers Sheveda (Paige identifies as "bi" still...but she and Sheveda are a good match. Becs was just there to party...Ashleigh went with Anthony, same guy she's been seeing. Kat brought a friend..mmmhmm...we know what that means... so for a moment, we were thinking awww poor kayla... yeah, don't go there.. so the party got quite big, there had to be 150-200 people. Many from the college, some from the community and some from our apartment complex (I plastered the mail rooms and laundry rooms with flyers) Anyhow, this soon to be Sophomore named Xochitl came, and she was a lot of fun, and pretty sweet...between you and I, I think kayla had eyes for her...(she lives in our building, just on the other side...time will tell, but....well, I will let the picture speak for itself.)
